Dangerous goods are managed by our warehouse staff who are trained to ensure proper handling. Dangerous goods are stored safely in a dedicated and designated area.

The areas in the warehouse where hazardous materials and goods are kept comply with applicable laws.

The loading of IMO GOODS into the containers is carried out by our warehouse staff according to all applicable procedures following the instructions supplied by the shipping companies.

EIFS, which has always been highly sensitive to the issues relating to IMO, IMDG and ADR cargo, guarantees an all-round monitoring of this type of hazardous goods, paying special attention to submitting adequate and complete DOCUMENTATION to the CARRIER, as well as closely assuring PACKAGING INTEGRITY and the presence of the MANDATORY LABELLING.

Please note that EIFS may perform all additional inland shipping services, such as CUSTOMS OPERATIONS, WEIGHING, PACKAGING PROCESSING, LABELLING.

This is particularly important when it comes to transporting dangerous goods as they must be reworked as less as possible.
